The purpose of an internship is for interns to first grow in their relationship with God, second, develop leadership ability, and third minister to students at KSU.  The interns will be a part of our Leadership Development Academy where they will be discipled and given opportunities to develop leadership skills.  Interns will then practice leadership by leading and engaging in the ministry at KSU. 

This internship is an opportunity for growth and development of the person.  You will complete self-assessment to learn more about yourself in addition to learning leadership skills and growing in your relationship with God.  The more you participate the more you will get from this internship.
